Friendship Circle NYC brings together teen volunteers and individuals with special needs across all five boroughs of New York City. Through weekly friendship visits, holiday celebrations, summer programs, and community events, Friendship Circle creates a world where every person in NYC is valued, included, and connected.

Friendship Circle NYC chapters offer a range of programs for children, teens, and adults with special needs:
- Friends at Home – One-on-one friendship visits where teen volunteers spend time with their matched friend every week
- Holiday Celebrations – Purim parties, Chanukah events, Sukkot programs, and seasonal celebrations for the whole family
- Summer Programs – Day camps and activities during school breaks
- Friendship Circle Online (FCO) – Virtual weekly programs connecting participants from anywhere
